With growing global concerns around the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to provide you with an update on our response and our commitment to you moving forward. Hard Rock cares deeply about you and your family’s health. As a leader in global entertainment and hospitality, we have been elevating all of our communication and hygiene protocols to better protect all of our guests, team members, vendors and partners since this began, weeks ago.
Here is my promise to you: the health, safety and well-being of our employees and guests is our top priority. We will continue to follow the lead of public health authorities at this important time and will communicate with you directly and swiftly, should there be any presumed case of COVID-19 declared by any public health agency that includes exposure at a Hard Rock property.
We are regularly communicating with our team members about best practices for protecting their health and the health of others, as recommended by the CDC. Here are other proactive measures we are taking:
We are also following all guidelines and orders from the appropriate authorities in all jurisdictions worldwide.
We want to offer our fans peace of mind when they book their stay at Hard Rock Hotels. For all future bookings made directly with the hotel through April 30th, 2020, and for any existing individual stay through April 30, 2020, we will not charge any penalties to modify any reservation as long as the stay is completed by one year after the original stay date, at the original hotel (subject to availability).

We also encourage you to stay up-to-date through the U.S. Center for Disease Control website and the World Health Organization website. We are grateful for your continued trust in us and we will work to ensure that every visit you make to any of our properties starts and ends with your wellbeing in mind.
