As a result of the measures taken by the Government of Jalisco to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, Hard Rock Guadalajara will operate according to the new protocols authorized by the State of Jalisco.
Events scheduled in halls, terraces, and/or convention center will be possible with a maximum capacity of 300 people, with strict measures of safety distance and hygiene protocols will be applied and will operate during the allowed hours only.

The property´s restaurants and bars will provide service with a capacity limited to 50% and with a maximum of 6 people per table (food consumption will be mandatory in restaurant and bars). The restaurants and bars will be operating at the following schedules:
Monday to Thursday and Sundays | 7:00 am a 9:00 pm
Friday and Saturday | 7:00 am a 11:00 pm
Available 24/7
